LurryLurry Lacour
President & COO

Lurry, Founder/President and Chief Operating Officer of Copper Hospitality, Inc. has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Lurry has a strong operational background and specializes in Asset Management, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, and Development. Additionally he shares responsibility of Sales and Marketing, Finance and Human Resources with his partner.

Lurry began his hospitality career as part-time night maintenance person while in high school. Through the years he worked his way up to Vice-President of Operations overseeing a portfolio of more than 30 hotels for LBA (Larry Blumberg and Associates). His experience ranges from interstate hotels to resorts, inner-city to suburban and from acquisition/turn-around projects to company owned. He learned the hotel industry from some of the best and brightest hoteliers in the country.

Lurry gained a large portion of his hospitality experience while working with Highpointe Hotel Corporation. Throughout his 19 year career with HHC, he held positions such as Night Auditor, Front Desk Supervisor, Food & Beverage Director, Regional Property Accountant, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Area Operations Manager, Area General Manager and Regional Director of Operations & Asset Management.

Under Lurry’s direction and leadership many hotels have and continue receive recognition as top performers in their respective brands receiving such awards as "Lighthouse" winners for Hilton: Platinum, Gold and Top Operations from Marriott, Top Food & Beverage performer from IHG and more.

Lurry enjoys many sports both as a competitor or spectator. Away from work he spends time enjoying life and the outdoors with his wife and three daughters.


Dianna K. MorrowDianna K. Morrow
Secretary, Treasurer & CFO

As Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Copper Hospitality, Inc. Dianna K. Morrow is responsible for several different roles including Finance, Development, Accounting and Construction Management. Additionally she shares responsibility of Human Resources and Operations with her partners.  

Before starting Copper Hospitality, Dianna worked for Byrd Enterprises of Arizona, Inc. as Corporate Secretary/Treasurer as well as the Corporate Director of Finance. In the capacity of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she has worked with the Byrd family and their corporations for over 22 years. 

Dianna’s history also includes 14 years of public accounting, specializing in hospitality organizations and restaurants. 

Dianna has two additional business ventures as a sole proprietor. She is 100% owner of Dianna K. Morrow, CPA.  This venture is a small accounting firm that processes over 100 Individual, Corporate and Payroll tax returns each year. Additionally, she holds a Series 7 and a Series 66 license to sell investments as a broker-dealer with ProEquities, Inc. Currently she has over $2,000,000 in asset management accounts. 

Dianna is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the Arizona Society of CPA’s and Indiana Society of CPA’s. She is an active member of The Church at Litchfield Park, serving as Treasurer and as a Deacon with her husband Russell.

She is married to Russell D. Morrow, 21 years, and has two children, Andrew (19) and Rachel (16).  She enjoys traveling with her family when time permits.


Kelly McCoyKelley McCoy
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing


Kelley McCoy, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has more than 25 years of multi-brand experience in the hospitality industry, Kelley is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs to enhance revenue for all Copper-managed and owned properties. In addition, she consults with hotel teams to identify and pursue opportunities to generate revenue and maximize profitability through sales and marketing, both locally and online.

Previously, Kelley was Senior Director of Brand Sales and Revenue Integration for Hilton Worldwide. In this position, she led a team of sales and revenue professionals in the development of programs and applications designed to drive revenue to 1,700 properties in the Hampton Brand. She also served as a liaison with Hilton Sales Worldwide, eCommerce and Hilton Reservations & Customer Care. Just prior to her departure, she was instrumental in the development of tools, resources and processes critical for the opening of Hampton’s first international hotel in the United Kingdom. Her experience also includes positions with Embassy Suites and Hilton Suites.

Ms. McCoy is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio and a die-hard Cleveland Indians fan.


Jeff MayoJeff Mayo
Corporate Director of Revenue Management


Jeff, Corporate Director of Revenue Management with Copper Hospitality, Inc. has over 20 years of hospitality experience. His comprehensive hospitality background allows him to focus on optimizing revenue in a responsible manner. With this in mind, he works to increase Copper Hospitality's market share and increase each unit's profitability.

Jeff started in the hospitality industry as a front desk clerk at a small motel in Garden Grove, California. Over the last 20 years, he has held roles in Operations, Sales, Events, and Revenue Management. After attaining his goal of being a General Manager, he left the single hotel environment to embark on his multi-hotel Revenue Management journey. In Revenue Management, Jeff has been able to capitalize on his wide-ranging experience by understanding the impacts his decisions have on the organization. This understanding empowers Jeff to communicate effectively and train thoroughly, thus maintaining a smooth operation within the company.

Jeff’s previous hospitality industry positions were with Marriott International and Interstate Hotels and Resorts. He has held roles with Fairfield Inn, Courtyard, Residence Inn, and Marriott hotels. He has worked in suburban, destination, urban city-center, and convention hotels. Prior to joining Copper Hospitality, Jeff was Director of Revenue Management at Marriott Los Angeles Downtown, an Interstate Hotels and Resorts property.

With Jeff's focus on optimizing all revenue sources, the hotels under his leadership have consistently outperformed their competition's market share during both economic growth and recession.

Married for 14 years with 2 young children, Jeff savors splashing in the pool with his family. He enjoys reading, landscaping, and camping
